We are delighted to invite you to the Lodges of Round Table Biennial Reunion, taking place from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th May 2026 in the heart of Cardiff.

Our Reunion brings together members, partners, and friends from Lodges of Round Table across the country and beyond. It is a special occasion to rekindle friendships, celebrate our shared values, and enjoy a weekend of fellowship in one of the UK’s most vibrant cities.

Cardiff offers the perfect setting — with its rich history, stunning architecture, and welcoming atmosphere. Our base for the weekend is the Holiday Inn Cardiff City Centre, opposite Cardiff Castle and just a short walk from the Principality Stadium and Cardiff Bay.

The programme has been designed with everyone in mind:

Friday evening: A Lodge Installation Meeting and dinner at Cardiff Masonic Hall for brethren, and a private ladies’ dinner with entertainment at the hotel.
Saturday: A private tour of Cardiff Castle with lunch in the hospitality suite, free time to explore the city or take a boat trip around the Bay, followed by a black-tie gala dinner at Cornerstone Cardiff.
Sunday: A fond farewell after breakfast and time together with friends old and new.

Couple booking (member + partner/wife): £320

Accommodation

Accommodation is booked separately and directly with the Holiday Inn Cardiff City Centre. We have secured preferential rates for Reunion attendees:

Single occupancy: £125 per night (bed & breakfast)
Couple occupancy: £140 per night (bed & breakfast)
